WHAT THE HECK IS THIS REALLY
The Adult Recess Club™ is a twist on a classic: The Adult Coed Rec Sports League. Teams battle it out in an epic quest of 14 different old & new sports & games played over 7 weeks that are uniquely crafted to challenge and exercise every part of you: mentally & physically.
WARNING: This adventure contains the absolute maximum level of fun a human being can handle over a period of 17.5 hours.
It’s also where you will reach all-around optimal health & wellness and the omni fountain of youth.
Making new friends is almost a guarantee. As will you most certainly gain knowledge, inspiration, and have a wildly good time. You might even forget you’re an adult for a lil while.
But maybe even more importantly is that you get a much needed break from your modern stressful adult life. Which thanks to our phones, Social Media, AI, and whatever else comes next, is becoming more and more increasingly valuable.

SCHEDULE
*7 WEEKS - 14 GAMES
Every Tuesday evening for 6 consecutive weeks (note: Week 7 is optional) we will gather together as a group of awkward adults in an abandoned park and leave it with electric energy as reborn again kids ready to take on adult life once again.
WEEK 1
OMNI BOCCE BALL
[SPORT]
It's a unique game we invented that fuses several aspects of "lawn target sports' together. Super fun that requires aim, strategy, and team work.
MURDER MYSTERY
[GAME]
Who did it? With What? And Where? Teams race to find the suspects, clues, and be the first to solve the crime.
WEEK 2
KICKBALL
[SPORT]
Kick It. Run It. Catch It. Hit It. You know it. You love it. Teams sweat it out on the dirt and grass to see who is king of the giant rubber ball?
ALMOST FAMILY FEUD
[GAME]
Our version of the laugh out loud hair pulling game Family Feud (teams try to guess the most popular answer), except we’re not family, yet. So “Almost Family Feud”.
WEEK 3
ROUNDERS
[SPORT]
The original British Ball & Bat sport. Not familiar? Think American Softball where you still pitch underhand, but no gloves, the ball is soft, the bat is smaller and use only 1 hand to hit.
MATCH GAME
[GAME]
Hasn't been on tv in decades, but it's worth a re-run. Teams have to try to predict each other’s answers to hilarious scenarios.
WEEK 4
RELAY RACE
[SPORT]
Each player and team's speed and agility is tested in our epic fun relay race / obstacle course. Oh and did we forget Tug of War. Oh this will be kick ass.
OMNI CHESS
[GAME]
Another unique game we created. It fused Human Chess with Trivia. You and your team will need extra knowledge, wits, vision, strategy, and teamwork to master this one.
WEEK 5
SOCCER
[SPORT]
Here’s hoping we can save our fingers typing up this one. If you don’t know what/how to play Fútbol aka Soccer, probably best to sit this one out.
THAT'S MY NAME
[GAME]
Tests your team’s knowledge and ability to match up the corresponding clues with it's maker in this often roll on the floor hilarious team game.
WEEK 6
DODGEBALL
[SPORT]
Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive, and Dodge. It's ok if you never saw the flick. But you and your team will need to dodge or catch your way to victory.
JEOPARODY
[GAME]
You can never go wrong with a game of Jeopardy to test you and your team's knowledge. But our version "JEOPARODY" is less serious and more fun.
*WEEK 7 (OPTIONAL)
TIGER TANK
[GAME]
Just like Shark Tank (TV show), but we’re the ‘TIGERS’ judging your 'Product Pitch’. At the start of the season teams are given the topic and have 6 weeks to prepare for the pitch of their lives.
BAKE OFF
[GAME]
If we're gonna have a party, we need snacks. Just like above teams are given the ‘Bake Off' rules and will have 6 weeks to prep & make, with everyone acting as judges.
PARTY
At the end of each season victors are awarded, bragging rights served, snacks are eaten, and everyone has a good time celebrating at least a few hours offline with no AI or other adulting things.

The balls in your court. Teams play against each other in a mini Basketball tournament. General rules apply as a common Basketball game.
TEAM FEUD
[GAME]
Same general play and rules to the game Family Feud. Teams compete against one another trying to determine the most likely answers to general topics.
WEEK 3
FUTVOLLEY
[SPORT]
Foot Volley is a sport that combines Fútbol (soccer) with Volleyball. Similar play and rules as Volleyball, but with no hands.
IT'S IN THE BAG
[GAME]
This is a hilarious game that tests all your senses as you can use any of them except sight to determine what object is in the bag?
WEEK 4

HOW IT WORKS
SIGN UP
Sign up as a full team (5-12 players), a small group that wants to play on same team (2-4 players), or a free agent (single)
TEAMS
Team rosters are finalized and notifications sent asap. Note: 5-12 players per team.
TEAM CAPTAIN
Each team appoints a team captain. Note: A captain is assigned if needed.
DAY 1
Players meet their team and get their jersey. League manager goes over season info & rules.
EVENTS
Each week teams play both a sport and a game for optimal physical and mental wellness and fun.
SEASON
Each season is 7 weeks with 2 games played each week for a total of 14 games played.
SCORING
Scoring is tracked for both teams and individual players during each event.
WINNERS
Winning teams and players are determined based on overall points across all the events.
PARTY
Every season ends with a party, awards and accomplishments, plus a few surprises.
